The Project

Following a series of acquisitions, an established cybersecurity firm serving the Intelligence Community and those adjacent sought innovative solutions to unify employees and infuse excitement into their workforce.

With technical talent in high demand, this people-first organization redoubled its efforts to retain existing employees while attracting new talent.

Results

A series of listening exercises were conducted to learn from current employees and measure sentiment as a hiring organization.

Employees cited a gap in opportunities for collaboration and skill-sharing across the newly formed multinational organization. This feedback informed a video-first content strategy and plan modeled after leading instructional design best practices.

This approach allows for video assets to be repurposed into many other assets:

  • Audio segments

  • Interactive modules

  • Digital guides.

Using owned channels such as intranets, company apps, email, social media, and blogs, these assets serve two purposes:

  • Connect, educate, and engage disparate teams and

  • Amplify the company’s story for hiring and awareness.
