Hi, I’m Melissa.

I’m a content strategist, communications leader, and mentor with more than 25 years of experience.

• Currently leading content and research efforts for the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services Office of Information Technology. Focusing on the employee experience, I work with technical partners to build solutions that reduce friction and improve service delivery across the agency.

• Prior to shifting to civic tech, I worked with B2B and B2G companies, non-profit organizations, and causes to create better experiences and increase engagement with their audiences. Be sure to check out my portfolio.
