The Project

Following a large investment, an emerging cybersecurity organization sought to shift their early stage marketing strategy to reach more sophisticated enterprise-level users.

Results

By analyzing data from surveys, interviews, and website analytics a persona-driven strategy was devised to reach highly technical audiences with useful content and resources.

Users consistently cited a need for information about the following:

  • Cybersecurity and encryption trends,

  • Best practices in data privacy for the cloud, and

  • Legislative issues.

A rigorous publishing plan resulted in original content in a range of formats from authored articles to carefully researched whitepapers. It also led to an innovative online resource library featuring in-depth guides and perspectives from internal subject matter experts as well as notable cyber thinkers and scholars.
